This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.I purchased a red light tower from Infrared Sauna Parts and was told it would ship in a few weeks. It never shipped. After weeks of excuses and empty promises, I requested a refund.I was directed to “Mike” in financial management, who never once responded to emails or phone calls. Communication stopped entirely.More than a year later, only after I posted negative reviews, the company agreed to a settlement. We both signed it, and the contract stated my refund check would be issued within days.They have now ghosted me again, even after signing a legal agreement.This company repeatedly: • Takes payment • Fails to deliver products • Avoids refunds • Stops responding once money is involvedIf you’re considering doing business with Infrared Sauna Parts, proceed with extreme caution.
