Great value to keep Sauna working!

We purchased a used 3-person sauna in 2017. The sauna could only be controlled by the control panel on the unit and did not have reserve capability. In January 2018, we purchased a new control box and panel that allowed us to not only reserve a time to start but allowed the heating to go beyond the standard 30-60-99 minutes. As our sauna is outside (under the porch) those features were important so we could go in early in the morning. Unfortunately we are now the victims of updated technology. Like other apps in life, the app no longer works with our older box (we can still manually turn the sauna on but who wants to get up at 4am). After working with Armand, Greg and Mike we are purchasing a new control box and panel. The new box should last another 8-10 years which is better than spending thousands on a new sauna.

These guys disassembled, packed and moved the sauna a few years ago and they were prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. When I recently called them to reassemble it again they coached me to go a less expensive route. I rarely get the experience where people try to save me unnecessary costs. Nice to do business with ethical people - 5 stars!

Placed an order on Dec, 1 2025 for 844.94 on Credit Card.This was to provide repair service for a customer.Many recorded calls, conversations, voicemails, many emails and now certified letters sent.I have since placed reviews on Yelp, FB, IG, X, BBB... and will continue to.I have filed complaints with the AG's Consumer Protections Department & will finish filing with the FTC this week.Infrared Sauna Parts continues to criminally hold my money. They did promise a refund. Then they stated they stood ready to fulfill the order... I will spare added details of my account & simply give you this advice: Stay away from "M***" (he is named in the many, many catered positive reviews self-posted by ISP so I feel he can be identified here. The reviews on their website are likely incentivized or fabricated. As for negative reviews, I was actually threatened by ISP to take down a Yelp review so that we could complete our transaction!)... BUYER BEWARE.They steel your money - that is 100% of my experience as of February 19, 2026.All communication since early January has been from me to them.

Well we talked to a support person…

Well we talked to a support person Hanna and Jay D we provided all our original components pictures which they acknowledged. We purchased the complete components needed ($748.94) they recommended in August 2025. The time line was 30-45 days for new to be built and sent to us. Then it was constant calls by us with excuses like we are consolidating warehouses, missing a component, backlogged etc. Promises made, promises broken over and over. Last conversation after numerous calls was Mike who said they have the part and they are expediting to us end of December. Never heard anything and now after 2 emails to general, shipping, customer service they are ghosting us AGAIN…**DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT THEY PROMISE YOU!
