Great banking UI; disappointing processes

Signing up with ING was easy, albeit throughout the process I was handed over to at least 4 different people as contact points; it would have been better to have a single representative for all queries and activities until mortgage approval.Internet and mobile banking UI are the absolute best that I have seen bar none. Functions and features are intuitive and a pleasure to use.I was disappointed that only 1 month after signing up I received a notice that the annual home loan fee is increasing by $100, for no perceivable benefit.In addition the current variable rate for my type of loan is 3.79%; this is lower by 10 basis points from what I signed up before, and is disappointing that my rate hasn't automatically moved in conjunction with the latest offers.
