I downloaded the new version of the ING Commercial Card app and had to contact customer service for support. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.The representative, T. Driesse from Customer Service Businesscard, was rushed and unhelpful. She interrupted me while I was explaining the issue and did not take the time to listen properly. The instructions she provided (including a PDF) did not match what appears in the app — the “three dots” she referred to were not located where she indicated.Instead of helping clarify the problem, she simply said she was busy and could not assist further.Overall, the customer service was poor and lacked professionalism. This is not the level of support I would expect from ING.
