Great service. I opened this account as a student and during the years I was a client I never had any issue. Their app and online services are clear and accessible and the most important thing, you do not need to physically go to the bank for any minor transactions or changes you want to make, you can do it all through the app - which is why I give 5 stars :) Many other banks in Romania are behind and make it so much more difficult to get things done by requiring physical presence; not the case with ING.Thank you ING, I will happily choose you next time I will need a bank service in Romania.
