About 1 month ago I realised I had my ING Romania account blocked for a couple of months. Since I no longer live in Romania, I use the account very rarely, so it took a while to realise I can’t access a significant amount of money. I never received any communication from them telling me that my account was blocked, I only noticed when I wanted to transfer money between accounts. I spoke with multiple people from ING during the past month and my account is still blocked because they are the most incapable human beings that work in any financial institution worldwide I ever experienced. I provided them all the required documents to unblock the account and still nothing, they can’t even tell me why my account is still blocked… they are an absolute joke of a bank, please don’t use their services if you ever want to access your hard earned money…
