We’ve just returned home from a week in Lapland with Ingham’s and honestly couldn’t fault the experience.From start to finish, everything was extremely well organised and the team were consistently helpful, supportive, and informative. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into planning the trip, which made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free.What really stood out, though, was how the team handled things at the end of the holiday when our return flight was cancelled (by the airport) due to the extreme cold (the average temperature across the week was -35). Despite the situation, communication was excellent throughout and everything was handled calmly and efficiently. We were kept fully informed at every stage and, remarkably, felt no stress at all — which says everything about how well the situation was managed.A special mention must go to Matt and Alex, who were absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism, reassurance, and dedication made a potentially stressful situation feel completely manageable.We wouldn’t hesitate to travel with Ingham’s again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a Lapland trip.
