Inghams are capable and proficient, but the hotel was disapointing. Great location, clean and presentable but the set evening meal offered no choice and at 3 out of 6 nights inedible. Marketed where the "quality and quantity of the food served is often singled out for praise and the reason many return to this hotel" is a gross misrepresentation and would be the single reason never to return. The "charming Garcin family" never made their presence known - instead it was a faceless corporate entity.

Great ski area, but you can't predict or control the weather. However we could rely on the Ingham's team to provide us with lots of information and make sure that everything went as well as it could even when conditions were poor. they made sure that we enjoyed our holiday and looked after everybody throughout the stay.Efficient and friendly people.Of course you'd always like a ski holiday to be a bit cheaper and a ski apartment to be a bit more luxurious!
Ingham's were amazing, both booking the holiday and the team whilst we were in Levi. They pieced the holiday together based on my requirements and even added further activities whilst I was out there when I asked. Nothing was too much trouble. They are an exceptionally organised company, great value for money and would definitely book with them in the future and will recommend to all my friends/family.
The whole holiday was amazing! The wilderness hotel in Muotka was very friendly yet professional. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, whether reception, bar staff or kitchen staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic with loads of choice too. Rooms were modern and clean with easy heating controls and great showers in the bathroom.
