It seems their customer service is more active here than in their Help Centre. I requested to permanently close my account, but nothing happened. After another request, I received a response saying it would be closed in 30 days. I thought that was the end of it, but I keep receiving unwanted emails about my account update. It’s frustrating that I have to air my grievances publicly. Please stop sending me emails!
