I have been trying to activate my account with Ingram Spark for more than 2 months now. I have contacted their support probably 6 times over those months to get help and each time the team member replies once or twice, doesn't resolve the issue then dissapears. They said apparently there was an email asking for ID which I never got, then I sent them ID multiple ways and no one ever replied.
I am so surprised a company that is supposedly so big has such terrible support.
I can't even speak to the quality of the work because I haven't even been able to publish my book and this has cost me hundreds of sales and many hours of stress.

Steer clear of this service. I've utilized them for nearly 15 years, but the last year has been filled with issues. My latest delivery of 250 books included 68 damaged copies due to poor delivery and quality control. To make matters worse, after numerous emails, they are now shifting the blame to the courier, claiming replacements won't happen until they collect the damaged copies, which I've been waiting for without any updates.
I registered to publish my book but have struggled with their cover templates. Despite requesting help, I received no actual assistance. Each time I follow their guidelines, it results in errors or claims of no cover. The system is difficult to navigate, and I've given up on them in favor of another publishing option.
The process to publish a book is straightforward, but the printing and shipping are severely lacking. Books often arrive damaged and unsellable. It seems their customer service is more active here than in their Help Centre. I requested to permanently close my account, but nothing happened. After another request, I received a response saying it would be closed in 30 days. I thought that was the end of it, but I keep receiving unwanted emails about my account update. It’s frustrating that I have to air my grievances publicly. Please stop sending me emails!
Customer service seems almost nonexistent when you need assistance. There’s no option for quick online chat or phone support. I've sent three inquiries and am still waiting for a response. This is damaging the reputation of the service.
