New to inika, attempted to place my second order with a free gift, the free gift wouldn’t add to my order?!?! Several emails and Inika not understanding the issue at all/confusing it with first order etc…I stressed the importance of getting my order by today!!! They finally said to place my order and they would add the free item …my order was confirmed including tracker number with delivery yesterday BRILLIANT?!?! NO, only the free gift has arrived and not my £70 order? No contact number for uk so I’ve had to email again and again to no avail? Products lovely customer service is extremely off putting? I’ve provided my contact number on every email, is this a scam company?
