Some products are ok. ( Foundation powder) Others really disappointing. The so called creamy concealer is like hard putty, really difficult to apply and doesn’t conceal anything.The eyeshadow quad is a completely different tone to the photos. So utterly useless for me.Don’t even try to get a return going. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. Will never buy from them again.
I paid $65 for your foundation this is the worst foundation I have ever used, highlighted the pores in my face.The spa that I purchased this from will not issue a refund.i I am retired so I cannot afford to pay $65 for a product that does not work for me. I am hoping you will issue a refund.
New to inika, attempted to place my second order with a free gift, the free gift wouldn’t add to my order?!?! Several emails and Inika not understanding the issue at all/confusing it with first order etc…I stressed the importance of getting my order by today!!! They finally said to place my order and they would add the free item …my order was confirmed including tracker number with delivery yesterday BRILLIANT?!?! NO, only the free gift has arrived and not my £70 order? No contact number for uk so I’ve had to email again and again to no avail? Products lovely customer service is extremely off putting? I’ve provided my contact number on every email, is this a scam company?
No customer service. Spent hundreds with them. Lipstick mechanisms do not work. Emailed several times but no reply. Shame as great products but with non existent customer service don’t waste your money on this company. They ignore you when things go wrong.
This company has been very disappointing. My vitamin C serum turned yellow as soon as I opened it. I emailed them few emails over last three weeks, but they still haven’t responded. As a long-time supporter of their products, I feel incredibly let down by their lack of customer service.
I bought my 2nd lip balm, and the mechanism isn’t working so I sent it back signed for so they must have received it, sent an email to ask them to send me another one. Sent another follow up email. Not one reply! NO RESPONSE! It looks like I have now lost my money! Very disappointing!
I bought a set of 3 lipsticks / crayons as they were being advertised as organic. When I received them, I realised they contain Titanium Dioxide which is a suspected carcinogen. I emailed them asking them what percentage of TD was present, no response. Emailed to request for a return & refund (products not used). NO RESPONSE! Shocking! Such a shame because if service was better I would have surely got behind the brand and purchased more products. Very disappointed
I bought the wife the flowers palette for xmas and didn't realise I'd already bought it her for her birthday (my ADHD). I have tried for three weeks to get A RESPONSE from Inika but there is nothing. There's a 14 day return policy and i contacted them within that time but as there is zero comms from Inika and as is a trend with other reviews also I believe I am £40 out of pocket... customer service non-existent. Shame as the product and the concept is good. I could run their business better
