I contacted customer care on 16 October to let them know I was returning a fragrance. Not because it wasn’t gorgeous (it is - Can’t Get Enough) but because I had something very similar. I received an email next morning asking me to send a picture of the unopened box, which I did. I then asked if I could exchange for Narcotic Delight and received a response straight away exchanges were currently not offered. I asked a couple more questions and each time received a reply straight away. The Initio policy is that any samples/gifts sent with the purchase also need to be returned. However, I’d part used all of mine and queried what to do. I was told that as I’d used them, they were mine to keep. I have to say at this point that Initio is very generous with samples/gifts. I received three 1.5ml samples, two 5ml bottles, and a 10ml. Anyway, cut to today and I received an email advising that I was receiving an exchange after all, and my Narcotic Delight is on its way to me. I appreciated the stress-free clear returns policy, the speed of the responses to my many emails, and just the general warmth projected from whoever was behind those email responses. I felt so special. Thank you 🌹
