Utterly disgusting after sales and returns service. I was drunk one night and ordered Oud For Greatness instead of OFG Neo. So I immediately ordered OFG Neo and was planning to send OFG back once it arrived. When it arrived I emailed the company on how to return it as there is no return form in the parcel. At first the emailed me back and gave me an address where to return it, however the address wasILGUnit 2C & 2D Gatwick GateCharlwood RoadLowfield HeathRH11 0TGWhich is basically Gatwick airport. When I then emailed them to ask how would anyone know what my parcel was and how would they know it was mine to send a refund they did not reply to my email, over and over again. It has now passed the 14 day deadline and I still have no reply so I’m now stuck with both OFG and Neo. I already have OFG so now have 2 bottles for £320 and Neo for £320. This is the thanks you get for being a loyal customer. Never again will I ever buy a product from them. Avoid
