This has been the most unsatisfactory experience I've encountered with any service. The delivery took over 12 weeks, and the communication was poor. I was promised a 10% refund for my patience instead of opting for a refund. Foolishly, I waited, and now there's no refund, nor do they reply to my emails. The seat covers are acceptable but nothing special, and the branding is rather unappealing. I strongly advise steering clear of this service. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.
