Review Time
Ordered a basic set of seat covers for a Transit van on the 30th November 25, delivery stated 3/5 when Ordered. After 7 days of nothing I emailed. Was told they were in production and would be dispatched by the end of the week, 7 days later nothing. Another email and was told the same!! They eventually arrived 9th Jan but don't fit. Emailed again for a return heard nothing. Total waste of time and money. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
I waited over 4 weeks for my order, which was supposed to arrive in 4-5 days according to the website. When the seat covers finally arrived, they were completely incorrect. Trying to reach out via the provided email has been futile; they promised multiple times to exchange the items but never followed through. This has been a total waste of time and money. If it were possible to rate lower than 1 star, I would. This situation seems to be a common issue based on other reviews, and I believe they should be reported to the appropriate authorities.
I ordered seat covers back in November and have followed up multiple times, only to be told they would ship early next week. It's been over six weeks since I received that update. The customer service is lacking. I would appreciate an honest reply with a realistic estimated delivery time, which would make me more understanding. What’s particularly frustrating is that they still list the seat covers on their site as "Availability - In Stock" with a promise of arrival within 3-5 working days, which feels completely misleading.

I wish I had read the reviews before deciding to buy from this company. I was in constant contact with their customer service, who kept giving me false updates about my order being delayed. Five weeks passed with no progress. I felt deceived! They couldn't fulfill my order for seat covers, so they issued a full refund, which I appreciated. Why advertise items that cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe? Another review mentions they are custom-made, but that wasn't clear on the website. I won't order from this company again due to their unreliability and my negative experience.
