I give five stars for the exceptional customer service. After I shared my concerns in an initial review regarding the quality of the print and frame, the support team contacted me. They provided a partial refund along with a new print that was of much better quality, beautifully framed in real wood. I'm pleased to see that their products now meet expectations and would definitely recommend them.
