Ordered Leather seat covers and cab floor mat for just under £400. Nothing arrived after 4 weeks. Contacted company (by the way email only - which speaks volumes to me!) Was told the were in 'production' Some updated emails telling me this was the case would have been handy - save me having to chase.I was assured they would be dispatched that week. Two weeks go by - still nothing. Contacted again. Ignored. Tried again a few days later and was told they were in production and would be dispatched this week. Bear in mind this is 3 weeks after he told me this first time. I waited another week and contacted credit card company that refunded me within a few days. I was unaware they had refunded until i logged in. Went back to company and was told that they won't be dispatched as i initiated a chargeback. But i could buy again because they were in the production process - haha! What a joke. No apology either - terrible terrible service. Wish i could give no stars. One star seems generous.
