Ordered seat covers and floor mat on the 21st Jan, still not received. Requested refund to be told order has been dispatched on 15th feb and received tracking number. Now 7 days on and dhl say they have not received anything from the supplier to deliver yet. Obviously a delay tactic. 3-5 days delivery my arse. Will be requesting refund through the bank this week.
I truly wish I had taken the time to read the reviews; it's a lesson learned. This service should be discontinued as they consistently fail to meet standards. The dishonesty is shocking, continuously taking money from hardworking individuals. If they had been honest about the estimated arrival time, I wouldn't mind, but I'm still waiting and receiving the same generic email. I placed my order in November 2025, and here I am two months later with no resolution.
I ordered van seat covers on the 19/10/25 and they have yet to arrive! I've sent numerous emails, and each response is just an excuse, assuring me of delivery within a week, but they never come. Proceed with caution when using this service!
I placed an order for a vehicle months ago, and it still hasn't arrived. Communication has ceased entirely. I strongly advise against using this service. I chose them because previous orders from another platform arrived within three days.
Awful customer support; I placed an order nearly three weeks ago. I've reached out multiple times and was told my order was ‘still in production’ and would be sent out by the end of the week. I followed up on Friday, only to receive the same response. I'm still left without my order and haven't heard back regarding my email. I wish I had never ordered; if I had known it would take this long, I would have avoided them.
Avoid purchasing anything from this company; they are fraudulent. They have taken £406 of my money, and after numerous emails claiming they are waiting for materials, I requested a refund that I still haven't received. They keep saying it will take 2 to 3 days, and I feel compelled to visit their address to resolve this, as contacting my bank seems to be my only option.
It appears I have also been scammed. I ordered a set of seat covers over three weeks ago. This company is unreachable by phone, citing they are going digital! They do respond to emails, assuring me my goods are being dispatched soon, which has proven false. They have taken my money, and I have received nothing. Avoid this company; they are scammers!
