I've been a loyal customer for several years, enjoying good quality and fast delivery. However, this year things changed. My last two orders were problematic. One order arrived incorrectly after a week, and communication was only via email since they have no phone support. They asked me to return the wrong items but offered no compensation for the trouble. My recent order took a week to ship, and now it's stuck between post offices. The quality has also declined, and I'm disappointed to consider switching to another provider.
