Loyalty Fading

I've been a loyal customer for several years, enjoying good quality and fast delivery. However, this year things changed. My last two orders were problematic. One order arrived incorrectly after a week, and communication was only via email since they have no phone support. They asked me to return the wrong items but offered no compensation for the trouble. My recent order took a week to ship, and now it's stuck between post offices. The quality has also declined, and I'm disappointed to consider switching to another provider.

Disappointing Loyalty Experience

I waited for a shipping notification that never came, and my emails went unanswered for days. After two weeks of back and forth, I was told my order was canceled without explanation. I have proof of my claims. It's disheartening since I loved their clothing, but I may not order again.
