I selected the option to have my tattoos wrapped individually because they were gifts for friends, and I wanted each to come with instructions and packaging. Instead, they all arrived shoved into one cardboard sleeve. When I contacted customer service, I was told “that shouldn’t be an option but we haven't updated our website, oops our bad”. No probs I just need another cardboard sleeve. But they can't do that apparently. Instead they advised me to buy my own packaging or just gift them as-is loose with no wrapping. If it’s not an option, why is it offered at checkout? To get a refund, I now have to cut the tattoos in half and send photos — a colossal waste of time over something as simple as a cardboard sleeve. For the sake of a tiny packaging detail, they’ve lost me as a customer, along with the friends I was gifting these to.There are other companies that respect their customers and actually provide the service they advertise. I recommend using one of them instead.
