I made an order in late November. The platform indicated it could take 4 weeks to create my custom order, process it, and ship it. Since then, the order has not arrived. I would have been patient if things took longer, but there has been absolutely no communication from the company regarding my order beyond an automated purchase confirmation email. They mentioned providing tracking information, but did not. They linked to a third-party app that does not offer actual tracking details. They said a follow-up email would be sent when the order was ready and shipped, but that never happened. I reached out to their support email for an update on my order—no response whatsoever, not even an automated acknowledgment. I strongly advise avoiding this company; even if they aren't a scam, the lack of communication makes it impossible to know the status of your order.
