I ordered a playmat in October. It has now been 2.5 months since I placed the order, and I haven't received any updates or responses to my attempts to contact them. I ultimately had to dispute the order to get a refund. From my research, it seems they are in the midst of bankruptcy.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! A friend recommended this provider to me. I ordered back in October of 2025 and have yet to receive my order or any response regarding its status. I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. Take heed of these reviews; this is not an isolated incident. It's baffling how their website remains operational.

They said a follow-up email would be sent when the order was ready and shipped, but that never happened. I reached out to their support email for an update on my order—no response whatsoever, not even an automated acknowledgment. I strongly advise avoiding this company; even if they aren't a scam, the lack of communication makes it impossible to know the status of your order.

It feels disrespectful to take my money without providing any information about my order. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt it necessary to express my frustration.
This is the first time I've ever been scammed online. Avoid ordering from this company. I don't understand how they are still operating. Many people, including myself, have not received their orders (for me, it’s been a year now, so I have little hope of receiving anything). They ignore all emails and communication. If you want to avoid being scammed, don't trust this company.
