I am thrilled with my shoes, both a slide and a boot! I can’t believe there are negative reviews. Many seem to stem from not following return policies. I have two wonderful pairs that I consider art for my feet! Complaints about customer service don’t match my experience; I had one return and followed the guidelines without issue.
