The one-star rating reflects my frustration not with the product, but with the incessant follow-up calls from various numbers aiming for more sales. This has made me decide against buying from this company again. It's truly disappointing.
I placed my order weeks ahead of the holiday, but they failed to process it in time. I reached out to customer service multiple times and received inconsistent updates about an error in processing. My previous experiences were fine, but recent changes in the company have clearly affected product quality and customer service negatively.
If my daughter hadn’t requested these shoes, I wouldn’t have ordered from this company. Their aggressive ads pressure you to sign up for discounts that are hard to use. After entering my email, I was prompted for my phone number, making the process feel deceptive. Once both were entered, I received excessive texts and emails with codes that didn’t work. Prices also mysteriously increased at checkout. Despite my reservations, I placed the order and used a shipping code, which turned out to be invalid as the shoe prices had increased. Their return policy is only SEVEN days, which is unreasonable for an online-only store, especially since I ordered before the extended holiday policy. I can’t return the shoes if they don’t fit when I see my daughter. This was my first and last order with this company.
I am thrilled with my shoes, both a slide and a boot! I can’t believe there are negative reviews. Many seem to stem from not following return policies. I have two wonderful pairs that I consider art for my feet! Complaints about customer service don’t match my experience; I had one return and followed the guidelines without issue. I had a great interaction with their customer service representative, who was prompt and helpful. If you’re looking for stylish, unique shoes, you’re missing out!
I ordered a pair of boots with a lovely butterfly print, but the sizing was off—the right boot was significantly larger than the left. After reaching out three times for a return label, I have yet to receive any response. This is unacceptable, especially after spending $174.
