A really great customer service company. Their cartridges are good quality and cheap, but they are excellent at resolving problems. Having bought from them before with no issues, I had no hesitation in ordering again for my HP (x4 cartridges). Arrived really quickly, but there was a problem with one cartridge not being recognised by the printer. Contacted them on chat, really helpful lady gave me advice on resets etc, but none of it worked, printer still failed to recognise one cartridge. So she offered a replacement, received an email within a few minutes that it was despatched and delivery date. Hopefully this one will work, but the service was excellent!
