The company is consistent, but I'm overwhelmed by their incessant advertisements every 5 minutes on a video platform, which is leading me to consider boycotting them. I really don't want to see those ridiculous individuals featured so frequently in the ads. As a loyal customer for over a decade, I feel I shouldn't have to endure such silly promotions.

The website is quite difficult to navigate, with no prices visible. I realized my mistake after making a payment for something I didn't want. I quickly sent a cancellation request, but have received no acknowledgment even after 5 days. The unwanted item was delivered today without any information on how to return it. Interestingly, a holiday card was included! Be cautious. Lesson learned. I wish to update this review: I acknowledge my error. The hint was in my initial review. I attempted to reach out to the company, and although it wasn't straightforward, a return and refund were eventually agreed upon. My apologies.
These companies often take your money, claim items are out of stock, and suggest alternatives that are also unavailable. I paid for next-day delivery, but after 4 days, I discovered they hadn't sent the item. After numerous emails back and forth, they finally agreed to send it, but the delivery schedule is confusing. I understand there are challenges with delivery and stock, but honesty is crucial. I rated this 1 star, but honestly, I would give none. They still can't get the order right; I wanted photo gloss paper, not matte.
I paid extra for next-day delivery and placed my order in the morning, only to be informed that my package would arrive late in the afternoon, after everyone had left the office. This is not helpful. Next-day delivery should be clarified as next working day, not next evening. I will not use this service again.
I encountered an issue with a toner cartridge that was smudging. I reached out to the company, and after discussing the problem, they confirmed it was the cartridge, not my printer. They promptly agreed to send a replacement via first-class post, which arrived the next day and worked perfectly. I can't fault the service level.
