An all-around poor experience

Everything went wrong with this service. The item I wanted didn't match the picture, and they sent me an unattractive dress that I never ordered. When I contacted them, they refused to provide a refund and offered a meager $22 refund or store credit for the unwanted item. No apologies or alternatives were offered. I've reported them to the authorities and will never recommend this service; I hope they are shut down for good. This company is unethical and engages in false advertising.
