Extremely Disappointed with the Sizing and Refund Process

I ordered a black jacket in medium, but when it arrived, it looked like it could fit my young niece. I couldn't even get my arms in it. The refund process was frustrating; they offered a 5% discount on my next purchase instead of a return, and then 10% after I declined. After several emails, I finally received the return label, but when I was ready to send it back, I noticed there were no tags on it! Now they refuse to accept it because of this issue, even though it came without tags. I feel completely scammed. I've lost $60 and now I'm worried about my credit card details as I fear they might take more from me. It's shocking that they are still operating.

Received the wrong item and faced poor customer service

The seller sent me the incorrect item and then had the nerve to say I would have to cover the return costs for their mistake. This alone is unacceptable, but the situation worsened. Instead of promptly resolving the issue, the support team keeps insisting they’re “investigating,” dragging out the process with no resolution, accountability, or sense of urgency. This is not how a reputable business should handle fulfillment mistakes. If a company cannot take responsibility for their errors or support their customers effectively, they shouldn’t be selling online. I will not be ordering from this seller again and strongly advise others to reconsider unless they are prepared to pay for the company’s mistakes.

Avoid this service

Avoid this service - dealing with them has been a nightmare. I tried to cancel my order within the 24-hour window, but every email I sent received the same generic reply about discounts. Now I've received a notification that my item has been shipped. Given the quality issues I've read about, I doubt I’ll be able to get a refund.

Deceptive practices

Like many others, I ordered from this service due to its high ratings and professional-looking website. The items were poor-quality imitations that didn't match the images or descriptions. After realizing the payment went to a different entity, I quickly requested to cancel my order within the allowed timeframe. Despite three cancellation requests and confirmation, they still shipped the items and refused a refund. Not only do they sell fake products, but their advertised terms are meaningless. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this service.

An all-around poor experience

Everything went wrong with this service. The item I wanted didn't match the picture, and they sent me an unattractive dress that I never ordered. When I contacted them, they refused to provide a refund and offered a meager $22 refund or store credit for the unwanted item. No apologies or alternatives were offered. I've reported them to the authorities and will never recommend this service; I hope they are shut down for good. This company is unethical and engages in false advertising.

Nothing like the picture

The item looked nothing like the image. The color was completely different from what I expected; it was orange instead of the advertised shade. The quality of the fabric is terrible, and the shirt is disappointing. I will never order from this service again.

Beware of misleading advertising

If I could rate it zero, I would. I feel deceived by misleading advertising. The item I received looked nothing like the quality shown online. It took weeks to arrive, and I had no idea I was ordering from outside my country. I should have researched this service better. Returning the item for a 30% refund, while covering the shipping costs, is simply not worth it. Truly, buyer beware applies here.
