Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. After 1.5 month of waiting, i contacted the customer service. you can only talk with bots. Asking always the same questions. I have all evidence of what i´ve ordered and that i paid (paypal screenshots and transaction id). And they still asking me questions i´ve allready answered. 8 mails and another month later, i still have no refund or shirts.
