Received the wrong item and faced poor customer service

The seller sent me the incorrect item and then had the nerve to say I would have to cover the return costs for their mistake. This alone is unacceptable, but the situation worsened. Instead of promptly resolving the issue, the support team keeps insisting they’re “investigating,” dragging out the process with no resolution, accountability, or sense of urgency. This is not how a reputable business should handle fulfillment mistakes. If a company cannot take responsibility for their errors or support their customers effectively, they shouldn’t be selling online. I will not be ordering from this seller again and strongly advise others to reconsider unless they are prepared to pay for the company’s mistakes.
