Extremely Disappointed with the Sizing and Refund Process

I ordered a black jacket in medium, but when it arrived, it looked like it could fit my young niece. I couldn't even get my arms in it. The refund process was frustrating; they offered a 5% discount on my next purchase instead of a return, and then 10% after I declined. After several emails, I finally received the return label, but when I was ready to send it back, I noticed there were no tags on it! Now they refuse to accept it because of this issue, even though it came without tags. I feel completely scammed. I've lost $60 and now I'm worried about my credit card details as I fear they might take more from me. It's shocking that they are still operating.
