This review concerns the email accounts provided with shared hosting plans. I learned from the support team that email account holders cannot reset their passwords independently, and as the admin, I cannot resend a new password reset if the first one expires. Additionally, the support team couldn't tell me how long the reset link remains valid. I was informed that I need a VPS plan for users to reset their passwords themselves, which is absurd! Password resetting is a basic feature in every email service I've encountered, including free ones. It's unacceptable that I can't find out when the only link I can send will expire. This situation is disappointing, and I will be searching for a new hosting provider.
