They listened carefully to my needs and preferences for the redesign. I'm very happy with the appearance of my site. Many backend updates were made, as I hadn't done any myself. Disappointing support and inadequate documentation

I find the technical support to be inconsistent and quite frustrating, with documentation that often lacks completeness. I faced an issue with cron jobs not sending emails upon completion. When I contacted support, their reply suggested it was not their concern. I later discovered that the mail server was filtering emails due to the cron job not using the correct 'from' address. I managed to fix this by adjusting the output settings. However, I encountered another hurdle with setting the upload_dir_tmp directive, which required specific configurations due to my shared hosting. I had to troubleshoot an issue that should have been addressed by their team. This raises questions about their responsibility in resolving server-side issues. Furthermore, why isn't this critical information included in their documentation? Initially, I was promised assistance when I moved my site, but it turned into a frustrating experience. While I understand that issues can arise, I expect a more professional response. The support team took too long to provide a dismissive reply, overlooking the root cause of the problem. I currently have a smaller plan while developing my site, but this experience makes me question the correlation between support quality and pricing. Suggested improvements include allowing a 'From' email address in cron job configurations and updating documentation to reflect necessary server settings accurately.

Email accounts on shared hosting are severely lacking.

This review concerns the email accounts provided with shared hosting plans. I learned from the support team that email account holders cannot reset their passwords independently, and as the admin, I cannot resend a new password reset if the first one expires. Additionally, the support team couldn't tell me how long the reset link remains valid. I was informed that I need a VPS plan for users to reset their passwords themselves, which is absurd! Password resetting is a basic feature in every email service I've encountered, including free ones. It's unacceptable that I can't find out when the only link I can send will expire. This situation is disappointing, and I will be searching for a new hosting provider.
