I'm dissatisfied with the company; the support is lacking, except for one representative who responds. For her, I would give 5 stars, but for the company, I would rate them much lower. They seem to only care about money and not their clients. After nearly a year of paying for their CRM and website, our site still has no properties listed. Whenever we send an XML feed for support, they seem to vanish, and we can't import XML ourselves. Very frustrating.
