The service was entirely unsatisfactory. The quality was very low, deadlines were not met, and communication was unclear. Promises made were not fulfilled. This experience felt like a total waste of both time and money. I will not consider using this service again and cannot recommend it to others.

It turned out that the company issued invoices for the inactive period as well. After the renewal, they blocked our account due to alleged unpaid invoices, and the support team was unhelpful. They seem more focused on collecting money. I went through the registration process again and found no mention of mandatory cancellation. Be careful.
I'm dissatisfied with the company; the support is lacking, except for one representative who responds. For her, I would give 5 stars, but for the company, I would rate them much lower. They seem to only care about money and not their clients. After nearly a year of paying for their CRM and website, our site still has no properties listed. Whenever we send an XML feed for support, they seem to vanish, and we can't import XML ourselves. Very frustrating.
