Horrible customer service and marketing/payment tactics. It's taking forever to get my $199 back, when I asked them, prior to the charge occurring, not to charge and to cancel. It takes a while to get responses back from humans, they route you through a chat bot, and when you do get responses, it's 'push the product, market.' I do not recommend getting involved...communication is terrible, customer service is terrible, all they seem to want is money. Plus, when you log in, you can't do anything with your subscriptions or payment--once you enter your payment info, or sign up, you can't 'un-do' any of that yourself.
