Oestra HRT has exceeded my expectations from a clinical standpoint; felt better immediately and it has been sustained for two months of use.
Their business model however, is the worst platform I have ever experienced. You cannot speak with a human by phone. You cannot speak with a human via chat. They use AI chat bot but you are to wait up to 2 days for a response from a human. When they respond, it's sorry we missed you (who can sit and watch for a response for 2 or more days???) here's a link to see our response. It's so convoluted it's difficult to get to the chat then it's a simply a meaningless, template script trying to upsell product --nothing specific to your clinical question.
To start the product, they had me take a quiz to determine if I qualified and if so to determine formula that was right for me --but sent my prescription as soon as I submitted the quiz-- impossible that a human from clinical team could realistically have evaluated my answers / medical history before submitting this prescription? Skeptical.
