I did a trial month of the innerflo app. I did not use it much and deleted my account three days before the trial month’s date, followed by an email. The “customer service” went ahead and charged me $34.99 for the next month, and when I protested, refunded me $8.75. The response to this original posting was bologna. Repeated requests for a full refund have been rebuffed even though my cancellation request and attempts on their app were well before 3 days. After several email back and forth, my money was eventually refunded “as a one time courtesy.”
