I am glad I hung in there with subscribing. There were issues , but customer service took care of them. The frequencies and practices, AWESOME!!!!. This a unique app. So many ways to lift me up. I find them, beautiful. I have recommended this to a friend, but I told her, subscribing is a litte challenging, but they took care of it.
I was quoted a single price. Then more pop-ups. Each adding to the lower price i was initially comfortable with. As a result of this.they have offered me some concessions and so I felt the need to update my review.

This service frequently takes advantage of customers regarding their subscriptions, even after 30 days of requesting account cancellation. I received a reply from the support team stating that a refund would not be issued due to their policy—really? Taking advantage of customers? They offered a mere 25% refund as compensation... Is anyone interested in pursuing a class action lawsuit against this service?
Despite submitting an account deletion request through my account on your website over a month ago, my account has not been closed and I am still being charged.
I wasn’t informed that we should email them to cancel subscription. This is a stealing money. I am charged another £26 this month. I want my refund now!!
I enrolled in a trial for $33 and only used it three times, finding it unsatisfactory. To my dismay, three months later, I was hit with a recurring charge of $75, which I never authorized. It feels like a scam! When I reached out to the support team, they only refunded me $18.75.
In the end, everything turned out well. I initially thought I wasn’t receiving a response because of a technical glitch, but I discovered that all their emails had ended up in my spam folder. Once I located them, I realized they had responded quickly.
