Very candidly speaking, I caution people to research Innerflo somewhat extensively, before committing to a program. I say this, because I did NOT do my research, and my attempts for successful use of the site did not work.I would be able to begin a session, but no matter which one I picked, the session would end halfway through. This was very frustrating and basically, DID NOT HELP ME RELAX. In fact, quite the opposite! However, I did have a very good experience corresponding with Erica. While emailing is not the most immediate way to get a response, I was never ignored and Erica was very consistent with working with me. I cannot confirm if there is a glitch in the programming of the website, or, if the program simply isn't compatible with all devices. Erica tried her best to help me resolve and I really did want to get the program to work, but after two weeks of dissatisfaction, there was no hassle with a refund. Erica responded with a gentle email, I received a confirmation email from innerflo about the cancelation, and a confirmation from PayPal stating my refund was processed. I had no trouble what so ever with customer service. In fact, it's probably the best I've had from a company in quite some time.I would have given 5 stars if the program had been compatible.
