Inno is the WORST company when it allows some players to cheat but tell others they will be banned. They have received too many complaints about allowing some players to bot, but not everyone. Complaints just get ignored. Terrible company do not waste your time or money with any Inno game!!!

I purchased several lower-priced packs when I started the game, but I was confused as to why I was being billed in USD while living in Australia. I submitted a support ticket and was told that 'the price is correct in dollars.' While I may seem particular, USD and AUD are not the same (currently 1 USD equals 1.5 AUD, plus an exchange fee from the bank). The support representative simply insists the prices are correct in dollars, which is absurd. After consulting other players, I discovered that almost every country has prices in their own currency. So why am I being charged in USD? I don’t use a VPN; I only play on PC. One Australian player even shared screenshots showing his store in AUD, but I noticed that the exchange rate was 1.8 to 1, indicating others may also be overcharged without understanding their own pricing structure.
The administration and developers appear either corrupt or incompetent. Many players invest thousands during monthly events, with many spending over 100 euros each month. What do we receive in return? Empty promises and vague responses. This is a profit-driven entity lacking credibility, and in my view, it deceives its players. Honestly, it's the worst experience I've encountered.
I will keep my rating at 1 star until I receive contact details to report discriminatory actions by the administration in a specific game environment. I need an exact email address to make my report, as I have all the necessary proof.

The quick access and easy returns allow players to create disposable accounts, especially since competing against enhanced players is challenging. There's no significant limitation on the in-game market, and events make acquiring and upgrading items too simple. The market conditions encourage the existence of these accounts, and without restrictions, this issue will continue. Events have become overly frequent, making previous sets obsolete quickly, which further incentivizes creating multiple accounts.
The support team comprises players with additional accounts, making it unclear if the same person handles reports and bans. If you happen to be an opponent of the top players, you risk being reported and banned. Often, the leading players are company affiliates, which raises concerns about bias in reporting and penalties. The system seems to favor those who spend more money, leading to an uneven playing field.
