Frequent glitches during live games

During live games, I experience frequent glitches and stops, while movies and other shows work fine. Other streaming services are not having these issues, so I doubt it’s my internet speed of 700mbps. I’m considering reporting this for a partial refund.

Pay-per-view trap

I was willing to pay for a fight night, but the requirement to sign up for a monthly plan is frustrating. Cancelling the plan is a hassle as they keep increasing prices. I might just watch the replay elsewhere and save my money.

Extremely frustrating streaming service

This streaming service is incredibly frustrating. They have a monopoly on rugby coverage, forcing you to use it despite frequent login issues and verification problems. The additional cost for sports is steep, and every game I've watched has had lag or freezing issues, including old replays. The value received for the price is unacceptable.

Ads on replays with a paid subscription

I watched replays recently, but the forced ads have become excessive. I had to watch multiple minutes of ads before and during the game, which is frustrating given that I’m paying for the service. I had connection issues once, but I was still made to watch the same ads repeatedly. I will be cancelling this service.
