If I could give 0 star i would .. made 1st order due to the price.. I was sceptical.. used it for 2 weeks and does not work.. I have been on mounjaro from med exress since April and lost 4 stone.. not a thing on this.. no cravings curbed and feel hungry all the time.. stupid me ordered again but questioned before delivery.. total garbage what they are saying on WhatsApp.. reckon they have refunded but raised a dispute with credit card
