Stay away; they do not work!

Where do I begin? Their customer service is poor and accusatory. I ordered a specific medication but received different pens without explanation. I was told to take multiple doses, which is not recommended. After trying another product, I gained weight instead of losing it. They have ignored my concerns and blocked me from their communication group. It seems like their chat groups are filled with fake accounts promoting their services. I've also been denied a refund, which is very frustrating. I will be taking this further.

I ordered and paid for a product a week ago and have not received anything. My messages are being ignored, and there's no way to contact them. They've taken over £100 and won't respond. Do not trust this service!

Disappointing experience.

I switched from another provider to try this due to the price. After using it for a few days, I've been constantly hungry, which is disappointing. My appetite suppression was much better with my previous provider.
