I was very skeptical about purchasing from this site, but decided to take a chance and ordered 5mg & 7.5mg Mounjaro injections The products arrived the next day. All good so far. On further inspection the injections didn’t look quite right they came with no prescription label and a small piece of paper with printed instructions. I have ordered before from other online suppliers and they have always come with prescription labels. They also sent me 3 x 20mg injections???I was nervous about using them as I have heard about scammer and read to be careful about buying compounded medicines from an unregistered pharmacies. So I decided to do some further research. Firstly the registration number I found on google was 9011549 registered to Boots Uk, next I went to the innohealthshop.com website and looked closely at their lab report from at first glance it look authentic but it is missing a resultsQR code and the unique key at the bottom of the page that comes with all Janoshik lab reports. I found the Janoshik website and this report could not be found.Their chat on Facebook takes you to Universal Medical Supplies, so I reached out to them to explain the reply I got about the lab report was I was looking at the wrong site. I have asked them to send me the correct one, but this has not been sent to date. They also said I should check trust pilot reviews which I did, but no reviews have been verified at this point.Another concern I have is that my payment provider details show that the payment goes to a totally different company, a Fitness and supplement company with a link to their Facebook page, totally unrelated to innohealthshop.com.With all this not ringing true and safe I have reached out to my payment provider and requested a chargeback.I wish I had looked into it more before buying. All I hope is that anyone using these injections doesn’t fall ill or have serious side effects if these products have not been approved or checked.All I say is be Careful
