Upon receiving our refund checks we have been harassed constantly about our payments to this company! We have sent checks to them within days of our refunds from the IRS and they have done nothing but harass us, even as far as threatening to sue us! I just got off the phone and asked to talk to a supervisor and was told it would take 48-72 hours! I tried to explain that the check was cashed by them but they didn't have a record, therefore wanted proof after I gave them the check number, amount and date it was sent? Seriously?? Now they want us to do there bookkeeping for them? Give me a break! I have never been treated like this ever! Buyer BEWARE!
I have tried to get a manager at Innovation Refund to help with my erc and a letter from the IRS. I cannot get a return call. It is the same customer service rep answering the phone and will not forward me to a manager. Very unhappy with this Lack Of service from them
Reversed the ERC claim and sent checks back. Have sent more than enough proof that I never cashed the checks, voided them, and returned them to the IRS along with 941x returns reversing the ERC. However, they still send me invoices. No one I originally worked with is available and it is always the same call center people who are zero help.
The IRS amended the amount Innovation Refunds filed for. Their percent for their service has been paid, but they continue to send emails and phone calls claiming my account has not been paid. I sent them all material from the IRS that amended their filing but it seems a different person is working my account every time I address this.
I filed my refund with them Feb 2023 and have been push off on 5 different people to quote handle our case.Its been about to be 2 years and nothing.Everyone that works there I have talk to in regards to our claim I guess no longer works there.I can't get a response from anyone..Something needs to be done with a company that doesn't respond to there quote clients.
I have been trying to contact someone from the team for over a week. I get no call backs from the managers because "there is a process" however, it has been over a week. No returned calls emails or answers. I've spent HOURS trying to remove a lien on my account that should not be there in the first place.
Filed for the refund in July 2023. Finally called in Jan 2024. Was told that a temporary hold had been put on the program but it would resume soon. Called back in two months only be put on hold for a half hour being told that I was next in line. Later told that no one was available and t leave a message or call back. Done so twice without contact.
