This company used to be exceptional, but in recent years, it has really declined. They reduced staff and began charging loyal customers more. I've tried to address the overcharging a couple of times. The first attempt was tedious, but they corrected it. The second time, they dismissed my concerns, expecting me to accept a significantly higher interest rate for my loyalty. I've since moved on and won't return. There are much better and more affordable options available, with some companies even offering loyalty discounts. There's no reason to choose this company if they can't remain competitive.
