Terrible customer service. Send them an email on Saturday and on Wednesday a reminder, still no reply to my request to replace a faulty device.Edit: as the reply suggests from innr; I got after my review almost directly a reply back. It’s a pity a 1 star review was needed to trigger this action (got a reply back on the Friday after my mail was send) as the solution provided was outstanding!
